1 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1⁄2 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon 3⁄4 cup rolled oats (not instant) 1⁄2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon zest 1 egg 1 cup milk or half & half 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Stir dry ingredients together. Add sugar, rolled oats and lemon zest.
Beat together in a large bowl, egg, milk and melted butter.
Add the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Bake 375°F for 20 minutes or until brown.
